Annex 1 to Executive Order no. 151 of 26 February 2016 on recognition of professional qualifications acquired abroad of the Danish Working Environment Authority
List of applicable education requirements in the working environment legislation covered by section 1
Pursuant to section 41 of the Working Environment Act the following provisions on education have been issued as executive orders:
Work with asbestos

Work with asphalt materials

Work with epoxy and isocyanates

Work with styrene

Work on inspection, maintenance and repair of lifts, etc.

Work as boiler attendant

Work as crane operator, forklift driver as well as operator of telescope loaders and forklift trucks

Pursuant to section 8(2) of the Working Environment Act, the following provisions on training have been issued as executive orders:
Training as health and safety coordinator in the field of building and construction
Section 6 of the Executive Order on the Duties of the Developer, and Part 3 of the Executive Order on Approval of Suppliers of Compulsory Health and Safety Training Programmes.
