Access to Documents

If you would like access to documents in a case or to specific records, Arbejdstilsynet prefers to receive your request by email.

Your email should include:

  • The information necessary for Arbejdstilsynet to identify the case or the specific documents you are requesting access to.
  • The subject matter to which your request relates.

When will you get access to documents?

Arbejdstilsynet will process your request for access to documents as quickly as possible and no later than 7 working days after receiving it. If we are unable to meet this deadline, you will be notified within 7 days with an explanation and an indication of when a decision can be expected.
