  4. Nature of the building work.
  5. The project supervisor(s).
  6. Health and safety coordinator.
  7. Expected date of commencement of the work on the site.
  8. Expected duration of the work on the site.
  9. Expected maximum number of workers on the site.
  10. Expected number of companies and self-employed working on the site.
  11. Details of the companies already selected.
