Report construction and building work

As the client you must report construction and building work to Arbejdstilsynet if the work is of a certain scope. Arbejdstilsynet is the Danish Working Environment Authority.

This is the case if you expect that one of the following two conditions will be met:

• The work will go on for more than thirty days and there will be at least twenty employees working at the same time.
• The expected workload will exceed 500 man days.

The report must be made before work is commenced.
